The hospitality was initially fine, however not upto the mark of a good hotel. We were charged horrifically for late checkout. The hotel staff was not accommodating even for an extra minute. I have stayed in 5-star hotels also where there is a flexibility of using the room for an additional hour or so. But here the manager was concerned about the money and not customer satisfaction at all.

The hotel does not have a great rewards scheme to benefit frequent travellers. That is something that could definitely be improved on. The food is good, the gym passable, the rooms are clean.

Food should be fresh

Nice place. Clean, modern rooms. Good location. Good value - though I wish they would not charge for internet.

Good value for money hotel. The location is away from the city.

Rooms are small.

It was all ok. The rates charged at the time when I went were fair, but now one can get at a better rate.

Excellent place. Pleased to stay there. :-)
