Location of the hotel is so nice. Staffs are co-operative too. Our check in time was 2 pm but we made early check in at 11 a.m. but hotel did not charge any excess tariff for this. Breakfast served was good. Only drawback we found was ....they have charged 400 rs. Per person in buffet lunch/dinner but number of food items were so less compare to other same level of hotels. However remaining things are excellent. Hotel is so neat and clean.

The staff is eager to please and well trained. House keeping is particularly good. Breakfast at the hotel is good. Choice is limited for other meals.

Very good hotel

Meal servics were very poor. Hotel seems to be overworked and they forget things or take orders for in correct meals

The location was central. The rooms were allocated on 9th floor and at night time when the water was being filled a lot of noise did not allow proper sleep at night. I think when I booked for six consecutive nights the hotel reception should have given us the best possible rooms without to request for. Apart from this the hotel was comfortable.

Very clean and cute hotel. The ambiance was excellent, the staff where very friendly and helpful. Loved the humor throughout the hotel, the Internet services where great as well as the hotel cars. Great value for money. Would definitely reccomend staying here.

The hotel was very good and the staff were very courteous and accoMmodating. They agreed to change our room when the AC was not working properly. service was prompt and the food in citrus cafe was also very good. i shall surely recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

A good hotel but a bit run down. Really don't like all extra taxes, like 3 different! On top of that hotel's own service charge, 5 % Front desk and the cleaning of room not very good at all. Good restaurant.
