Lemon Tree Hotel - City Center Reviews New Delhi And NCR

The best thing about this hotel are its people. Each one is well trained. This training was apparent in my interactions with the front office, room service and at the restaurant (Citrus). The attitude of the people is genuine and not plastic-ally friendly like many large hotels. Rooms at the hotel is the better part of the hotel. Room may be small (it is adequate, nonetheless) but it is very clean and the layout is uncluttered. Food and laundry is uniformly good (clothes are ironed very well). If you have work in Gurgaon, this is a good place to stay. Good value for money. If you have work in Delhi - then the drive to Delhi is a good one hour. This was my first experience at Lemon Tree. I now look forward to trying their other hotels - whenever there is an opportunity.

It has very neat and light decorations which give a soothing experience, very efficient and supportive staff, food quality is good, hotel interior has a very new kind of look, full value for your money.

Lemon Tree Hotel is, you can say, one of the best experiences I've had till now. Located at the perect location in Gurgaon and with a very humble and caring staff, one wouldn't ask for more. The rooms were neat and clean and had adequate facilities. Would recommend anyone to go for it.

I was quite happy with the Lemon Tree City Center hotel as it is located close to the Airport & is an ideal stop for business travellers or those looking for a quiet & basic stay, away from the hustle & bustle of Delhi! The first time I stayed, I was put up in a lovely large room with a king size bed & amenities like tea-coffee making facilities, a separate desk for computer & Wi-fi usage & clean & modern bathroom, which was very chic. The second time I was a little disappointed and though the bed was a queen-sized one & clean & comfortable, the room was a bit tiny and had fewer facilities, despite having the same tariff. I think this was the only complaint I have, but otherwise the hotel was fabulous. The dining facilities in the 24 hour coffee shop is great too & offers a good selection of Mediterranean, Indian & continental cuisine & all have a 'fresh' feel to it, thanks to the Chefs! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & family members & definitely come here again!
