Everything is good with this hotel, but I faced problem only with the Check - in and Check - out time. The hotel management was having the check - out time as 12 PM in the afternoon. Even though I checked in at around 1 AM on 12 FEB 2012, they charged me extra for the same (they informed this in prior). If the hotel management can change the hotel check in and check out time to 24 hours mode, it would be great on their part towards the customer's.

The rooms are good, spacious and with amenities, the food in the hotel is terrible to say the least, the only saving grace being a couple of sandwiches on the room service menu. The staff are courteous, the gym is decent enough.

The hotel is simply awesome as it provides best value for money. Located bit far from Hinjewadi Chowk. The outer look of hotel doesn't tell about its inner beauty. Its too beautiful and well maintained from inside. Everything valued for money.

A Perfect mix of ambiance and quality. Qualified and educated staff. Incredible room service. Reasonable prices for food and beverages. Superb quality of food. Cushioned bedding ensured that i slept well. Quiet and comfortable stay. I enjoyed every moment spent here. Would recommend swimming in the pool and jacuzzi by the bar side. Loved the morning buffet as well.

Le Royale turned out as I had expected based on the information provided on MakeMyTrip website. It provided most services that qualify it for a four star status. The staff was very kind from the moment we parked our car in the hotel premises. From carrying our luggage to our room on arrival until helping us check out on the last day, the hospitality provided exceeded our expectations. In terms of the room quality, there were two minor discomforts we faced. (1) The shower head in the bathroom wasn't as efficient and the water didn't flow properly. I tried adjusting it but couldn't make it work as I wanted. (2) The lights in the room would sometimes switch off automatically. This happened I guess only twice in a span of two days. So it's not a major problem in my view. In matters of dining, I must say that I loved it. In my package, I was provided free breakfast. They provided delicious items like Idli, Vada, Omlette, etc. It was some of the best I had eaten, not to overstate it.

A good hotel at rate offered by makemytrip. Rack rate for these facilities is outrageous. Swimming pool could not be used as both days had been booked for poolside parties.

Everything except food was good. Rooms are neat and clean. Buffet was not upto mark. You can avoid buffet and try food some where else.

It was a pleasurable experience. ItÂ’s nice place to stay and reasonably priced. Service was great.
