Location: the hotel is inside munnar town, so no problem in finding the hotel.From the hotel room got a good view of the munnar hills.Its awsome scenery in the morning with mist all over. Hotel service: the hotel service guys are little lazy. But we managed it. Our room was little old and bad smell was there, but on request they shifted us to another room. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is superb.. Food served by them is also good.. The only thing which was not upto the mark was the service. But still this is a good hotel to stay ..

Undoubtedly, one of the best in Munnar. Away from the crazy market place, located in a calm area with a scenic view. The size of the rooms is perfect along with the attached balcony. Huge double bed, big enough for a couple and two small kids. We were happy with all the services.

Very bad service from the hotel. Rooms are not cleaned unless told to do so. Service in the restaurant is very slow and the items provided are also very limited. I was totally dissatisfied with the room as it was very congested. Billing process at the hotel is also not organized and I had to wait for over 1/2 an hour for check out.

Hotel service was pretty good and descent. But the approach to the hotel is very bad and not so impressive if you are a first time visitor to Munnar. As we carry great expectations when we hear about Munnar. Eventhough the journey was nice and green, as soon we reached the Munnar town, we were directed to deviate to a narrow road, which was really horrible to drive thorough. Once we got into the hotel, people there were really good and I like the way they care for their guests. Very clean rooms but one big disadvantage is no lifts and we were given a room in 3rd floor, but when requested we were given a room on 2nd floor without any hassle that was really impressive. Restaurant was clean and good food too. Overall experience is very good.
