Really nice hotel with lovely room and very supportive staff. It's new and has its own style. One thing - try to get one of their suites. Not a huge price difference from the standard room but it's worth it.

It is an excellent hotel. Everything is perfect. Our stay was very pleasant there. Whenever I go next to goa, I would love to visit this hotel again.

Mr. Rahul Gill (manager) was very helpful and understanding. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Only problem I faced was that the bed was two parts with a foam partition in the middle for the superior room unlike to what they show in the pictures so we shifted to the suite. Hotel restaurant staff was very good though the front desk reception was a bit stiff. Mr. Rahul made that easy for us though.

1) Room: excellent with all comfort. Too spacious. Nice bathroom. We got room no 1 (suite) which has extra balcony and dining area. 2) Food: Cost is a bit higher side but quality of food was too good. Worth eating there. 3) Location: If you hire a bike/car, location is good. Though, you can not walk down to any place. It's a good place for couple. Overall: Did not find anything bad about it. Will love to go there again. One should book suite. Price difference is not much.

I have gone through the previous reviews on this hotel. After completing my trip thought of writing on this one. 1) The best part of this hotel is its location near the lagoon and the Baga Beach. Don't expect to walk to Baga beach as it is almost 1.5 - 2 km away. I have actually walked and telling this. The lagoon is visible from most of the rooms and you will find peace of mind. 2) After seeing me and my wife, still they have given me a room with two single beds joined together as a double bed. I have gone through the previous feedback in MakeMyTrip, but I believe they have repeated the same thing here. 3) The room is pretty neat and clean, well maintained. The TV remote was missing and had to remind multiple times to get one. The room service is excellent. The only good thing apart from its location. 4) I must say we were totally disappointed by food. Me and my wife are on the same opinion that food is not up to the mark. For me food is important as part of any travel. Only consolation was the breakfast which comes complementary with room is excellent. There are a lot of choices and it keeps on changing every three days we stayed on there 5) They do not have good taxi service. They have some tie up with taxi association, who provide you some decent rates. Never forget to negotiate as they are slightly on the higher side. 6) Final Verdict - I was expecting more as it is a 4 star property. Although not totally disappointed, I will tell other travellers to check with the hotel regarding services they provide in your room. Ask for simple things like does TV have a remote and it is working, one bed or two beds. Eat somewhere outside for lunch and dinner. If not the location near the lagoon and excellent room service, I would have given it still lower rating.

The hotel is I would say a boutique with simple somber suites overlooking the Baga creek, the hotel is located like 1.5 km from the Baga beach where there is always a lot of action. The staff is courteous and the service is prompt, I only used a single restaurant called Balcau which was again seat like 25-30 odd people, the food was good, a little variety in the breakfast would be preferred the menus were repeated alternate days which gets mundane, the pool was small with 51/2 ft depth, serene quiet place would recommend this hotel for romantic gateways, they also have a SPA called ZURI but prices are a little stiff for services rendered. Ideal for couples, especially the honeymooners because it's close to all the action but still away and is quiet or for people like me who like to rediscover every time. I would surely recommend this hotel for romantic gateways and leisure stay. PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you rent either a bike, Activa (Price Rs. 200-300 per day) as it's a little away from places of interest.

Excellent 4 star property. Good rooms and interiors. Good pool, spa and Gym. Down side is: 24/7 room service menu has almost nothing other than sandwich. They should improve on that. Morning breakfast is good.

Lazy Lagoon has a pretty background and lives up to its name. Despite the theme an air- conditioned would be nice for incoming guests and check out could be quicker. Local travel support needs to be provided and virtually did not exist. The restaurant, pool, evening music are staying memories.

Nice clean hotel. Got early check-in, even though 12 pm is check-in time. Not much activity in the hotel at night for the guests. Never got the television remote in 4 days stay, inspite of request.

The hotel is good but the service is no where close to a 4 star rating. There is need for a huge upgradation in the service. The reception is pathetic.

The hotel is visible from the approach road and is picturesquely situated next to a lagoon amid coconut trees. The advantage of staying at this hotel is its location, it is situated near the best rated eating places in Goa (Nick's Place, Lila's cafe, etc.) it is also situated just 15 minutes from the Baga Beach. Apart from that the hotel is just average. The rooms were just OK, in-fact the balcony was covered with bird droppings, and instead of providing us a normal queen's bed, two single beds were combined which we found uncomfortable. The house keeping had to be reminded to clean our room. Service at the restaurant was not up to the mark and the food we felt was just about OK.
