Staffs were friendly, proactive service and welcoming. Room was good and well-priced. I enjoyed my stay. Only negative was the taxi service they provided back to the airport - the driver was a lunatic, and had the cheek to stop off for petrol.

Hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are a bit small but its understandable consider low tariff n high living cost in capital. The rooms are well maintained, bed linen and quilt provided was excellent. Toilet was neat and clean and room service is ok. Staff is quite cooperative and well mannered. Its definitely a go for people visiting Delhi.

Good location; but no parking place (crowded roadside). Staff is excellent and helpful. Toilets are quite clean. (Super Dlx) Rooms are not very big. As usual in Indian hotels, bed sheets are not very clean. Although I wonder if this has the standard of a three star hotel, I would say that the hotel is value for money. Resturant staff was horrible; they were taking lot of time for a bread toast! Kitchen is not very clean. Avoid having breakfast from there! "Hot" water was not very hot.

This is a budget hotel with a difference. The rooms are of good quality and clean (although amenities could be maintained better). What marks this hotel out is the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, from the managers to the porters. DB Gupta Road in Paharganj is a busy, chaotic area, but the hotel itself is located on a quiet side-street so, during my many stays at Lal's Haveli, noise has never been much of a problem. Tip: stay on the bottom floor, by reception, if you want to pick up wi-fi, but stay upstairs for the quietest rooms.

The hotel is located very near to new delhi railway station, good if you have to catch a train in the early morning, just 2-5 min walk from platform number 1. Hotel rooms are comfortable . Friendly staff with good service.

The hotel is near to new delhi railway station. I stayed during winter and there was no heating arrangement and the stay was uncomfortable. There is a lot of noise from outside and inside as well which was disturbing. Cleaning of the room was not carried out daily. Not recommended for stay during winter.
