Staffs were friendly, proactive service and welcoming. Room was good and well-priced. I enjoyed my stay. Only negative was the taxi service they provided back to the airport - the driver was a lunatic, and had the cheek to stop off for petrol.

Hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are a bit small but its understandable consider low tariff n high living cost in capital. The rooms are well maintained, bed linen and quilt provided was excellent. Toilet was neat and clean and room service is ok. Staff is quite cooperative and well mannered. Its definitely a go for people visiting Delhi.

The hotel is located very near to new delhi railway station, good if you have to catch a train in the early morning, just 2-5 min walk from platform number 1. Hotel rooms are comfortable . Friendly staff with good service.

Fantastic hospitality and service

It was very good experience with this hotel. We take hotel for one day to pick our bus for Manali but we got memorable one day stay. first best things is room and second top floor small resturent, we feel very comfortable there. Food quality is also nice. Next time when we'll make plan to delhi visit ,we'll choose this hotel for stay.

Hotel is well located. Staff is excellent and courteous. They were always willing to help us and do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy. I was supposed to checkout the next day and since my flight was at evening I told them that I would checkout and keep the luggage in their clock room but they said that I could keep the room till the evening and that too without any extra cost. Also in the evening 3 of their staff came down to see us off and saw that all my luggage were put into the car nicely. Now that's what I call customer service. Completely satisfied and would be my preferred hotel to stay in Delhi whenever I am there. Strongly recommended to anyone traveling alone or with family.

I must thank make my trip to list such good hotel, just 1 km away from New Delhi Railway station, centrally located, easy to find out, I liked it. From the hotel staff to the manager all of them were very good, the rooms were in very in very good shape, a value for money for every one who wants to visit New Delhi, one must stay here and see themself.
