Not satisfactory.Poor services.

It a small property. People are cooperative and it gives more home like feeling. Its closer to railway station but far from the Rajpur road, which is most happening area of Dehradun.

Initially I was a bit reluctant to book on this hotel without visiting any of the rooms but after staying there I will definitely say it was one of the best decisions taken taking into trust, the faith that I had with make my trip in giving quality with value.

It was quite difficult to locate the hotel, as it is located in a very small and inconspicuous lane, not even wide enough to take a suv inside. The hotel staff were very helpful and cooperative in the checking in process. Intact an elderly person drove up to the main road to guide us to the hotel when we were lost on finding through place. The sheets were clean and well laid out but mattresses wherever hard and uninviting. Bathrooms were clean enough but could have been better. Food is very passable and best not tried, moreover, they take ages to serve up even very basic dal and roti. Tea takes least 30 mins to serve, which was like waiting for ages. Overall, this is a value for money, especially if you are just spending the night and moving on early next day. For an old style almost heritage property, they indefinitely do better.

Location is a little bit away from the main town and in a lane which is not popularly known by the locals and so it is difficult to find the hotel/guest house.But on the contrary the service and the condition of the room are very satisfactory.

The staff was friendly and did a good job of taking care of our issues.

Economical, located close to the railway station. Staff was quiet friendly. Felt like homely stay. Food was fresh. I loved it.

Nice to stay for economy class. Cool, calm & secured place.
