Good locaton overlooking the wards lake and about 250 metres frm police bazar centre ponit. Cupboards and room heater need maintenace. Food and services good. Recommended

The hotel is excellent in many ways. It is super clean,cozy,the food in awesome, and the location is pretty ideal. Although an improvement in the room service is highly recommended. Otherwise it a perfect hotel for a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms, 5 mins walking distance from main Police Bazaar Chowk, good food - but service leaves a lot to be desired. Overall would recommend as it is good value and ideal for business as well as family trips.

Location wise and service wise it is excellent.

The hotel is in a very convenient place with a very disciplined and co operative staff. Definitely a hotel to recommend.

Hotel location is perfect but the room size is small as compared to the charges and room service is not so good.

With sewage on the ceiling and a view contrary to the name would turn off any holiday mood. We specifically took Room No. 101 and 103 which has a view of some neighborhood bathrooms and water tanks. The lake view is available only from the parking space. The food was good though and the behavior of the staff was also friendly. But the room is the real turn off. The bed sheet had marks of inefficient laundry done and the side walls too were shabby. Basically the rooms are overcharged and not well maintained. There is no proper natural lighting in the room and also stuffy. Not much space in the room. The proximity to police bazaar market is the only USP to this place as it is 2mins walking distance. Nice place to stay and nice room service. The location is also perfect and the room is too good.

Very Good and polite Service.

The hotel is situated beside the beautiful Ward's Lake. Although, we cannot have the total view of the lake from the hotel room, but it is just a minute away. The swans and the ducks in the lake makes the lake more lively and natural. The room sizes are just adequate. A small refrigerator is available in the executive rooms. The bath room quality is also fine. The most important is the food. The buffet breakfast is good. The quality and taste of the food is also excellent. Only, the regularity of dusting and changing of the bed sheets/towels have to seen. Otherwise, this hotel is recommended for the tourists in Shillong coming with families.
