Was it a hotel, guest house or homestay?? I am still confused. The product should be clearly stated. Problematic areas -1.sagging matresses, 2.wash basin faucet losse, 3.hair in drain traps.4.Normal(noisy) DG being operated due to some technical snag. 5.No power during the night.6. Staff not trained to take basic order when snacks order was given they said - no snacks available at 15.00 hrs on 14.06.11.(7) WC health faucet not fixed properly therefore was not usable. (8) Water in washrooms was trickling and no supply for certain period.(9) vehicle was parked on the road.(10). Your voucher confirmed breakfast inclusive however the operators were not aware.
