INDECO Lake Forest Hotel Reviews, Yercaud

Biggest drawback is the high cost of the room, which was not 4*. I dont mind paying for a good room, but object to overpriced rooms.Otherwise satisfied.

Location of the hotel was good.It was easy to locate in the yercaud region. The Hotel has a antique feel about it,. The reception was alright. They took us to the room and put the luggage in the room.First about the place, this is nice quite hill station, nice botanical gardens around if you have interest in horticulture, then you should visit this place lot of good institute/labs/gardens around. The fauna of this place is just awesome with many trees and interesting vegetations. All other information you can always find in Wikipedia so I will move on.About the resort: First good things, Location of the resort is just great, it is walkable distance from the yercaud lake, Very helpful folks around. The reception people helped me in chalking out a fantastic plan on the paper to enabled me to visit the all the nice places . The resort has a antique feel about it. You may like it if you are in to that kind of thing, for me it is kind of a new sense, having weird cupboard, window panes and mirrors on the head of parrot etc, Rooms were not in great condition. The refrigerator was not working and geyser just does not heat enough, also resort does not have many facilities, Since for me these are not of that great importance, I must say over all I enjoyed the stay and a money which is well spent.

Ambience of the Hotel is excellent. Nice place to stay if you are looking for a relaxed weekend. Food was good. The staff was very cordial. Overall a very nice experience.

Nice place to stay with and hastle free booking.

The hotel service is very bad. To get water in the room takes one hour. And what we ordered didnÂ’t come. Menu is very limited with few food options. No complementary breakfast or any food for that matter. No amenities worth spending time for. The rent for the room was so huge and totally not worth it. Will not go to this hotel ever again.
