hotel location is excellent. reception staff is polite,but this time condition of the room was not good. bath room does not have toileteries. Asked room service to send 3 drinking glass shocked to see three different types of glasses. We asked the waiter why it is so No answer. Stayed in this hotel atleast 7-8 times but this time marked deteriotion in services. Asked for drinking water, house keeping will ask paid one or filter one.

The hotel is centrally located and good for business travellers. The breakfast and dinner buffet's offer good choice of cuisines.

The hotel needs to improve the variety and quality of the food. The food is very overpriced and just about edible. Was a total letdown considering that I had high hopes since Lucknow is known for its food culture.

Very good location. Rooms are good, staff a bit cold. Tariff is on higher side.

All else was ok, but the flush in the room was not working, which was quite irritating.

Good location in the middle of the city and yet away from the noise of the traffic. Well maintained and equipped. The staff is very helpful. Clean washrooms and towels are positive points. Perhaps the air-conditioning could be a little better.

It is overly priced for the kind of accommodation it offers.
