Perfect place to stay, right in the heart of the city and get the view and feel of the old city. However same is an issue when access to the hotel becomes a pain and the roads are blocked due to seasonal markets etc. Provision to guide and alert the customer should be made. The room service was a little slow however the requirement were provided on demand. View of the fort and the hotel itself is spot on and covers up most of the discomforts.

This hotel is reasonably well located, and the staff was very helpful and friendly, though service a little slow. The room we got was quite large, but had only one air conditioner, which was totally insufficient for the size of the room and we were never able to bring the temperature to comfort level. Room service was higher than average and the quality of food good. There was restoration going on, so there was piles of materials all over, giving a bad impression. The quality and size of the breakfast was OK, but the dinning room where it was served was boiling hot and the air conditioners were not working properly.

Nice and quiet haveli in top location, walking distance to main plaza and to the Fort. Service is okay, but the restaurant and the breakfast were not convincing.

In three days room was not cleaned. Food bad, burnt on the outside and uncooked in the middle. No water twice. Swimming pool green. Two other travellers who also reckon this is where they got bad tummy. In six weeks of travel this is the first time I have suffered.

Beautifully decorated with Rajasthani wall murals, this place is a renovated old Haveli inside the old city. If one prefers walking, a short but strenuous hike leads to the major attraction of the town, Meharngarh. If one disregards, the obvious disadvantage of the hotel is its location inside the old city.The restaurant service was good and the rooftop dining was a pleasant experience.

Room very basic, not very clean. Location is great, you can see the fort from the hotel. The restaurant and the service is very good, the waiters looked after us and made ‘parantha’ for our train trip.

Hotel & services are very good. Only negative point is location (in narrow street). Surely will select next time, if visiting Jodhpur.

Toilet was not clean when we checked in. Needs a makeover.
