Hospitality & the care taken to receive us till our departure remain excellent. Multicuisine Restaurant is like an added feather to the cap.

The reception, the room and the staff professionalism was good. The disappointing features were the maintenance of the bathroom and the food. The bathroom was poorly maintained as it was quite smelly, and also would steam up immediately after use. The food was very poor quality - both room service and the buffet breakfast. Even standard items such as idly and dosa were tasteless.

Excellent location, very near to the east nada of the temple. Proximity makes it very convenient to reach the temple. Room service was good. The morning breakfast could have been better. Most of the items were cold in the breakfast buffet even though it was only 8.15 am.

The hospitality was good and in fact the hotel reservation desk telephoned the guest in order to find out the exact check-in time. Provided the breakfast on check-out day earlier than restaurant time.
