The hotel shares a scenic location. Once you step out of your room, lush greenery greets you. The area is very well maintained and the hotel staff is helpful. The food was also delicious. Overall a very nice experience. Highly recommended.

I wish I could rate it 100. ONLY minus point: I had to call 3 times for housekeeping. Beside that this is my best stay at Ooty. Near from bus stand, Great view of Ooty lake, amazing surrounding, Victorian style cottages, Spacious rooms, beautiful lawn in-front of the room, LG LCD TV, room heater, Fire place, Toilet with amenities, 24 hrs Hot/cold water. Room service was excellent and food was delicious. You can dine at restaurant, at your room or at the lawn, we tried all. The location of the hotel is at the top of the hill so you can have a great view of the city. This was my Honeymoon and my honey definitely liked this moon. Thank you for the Great service and a memorable vacation.

Not satisfactory.

The ambience of the hotel is superb with well maintained lawns and gardens. The classic cottages have a victorian feel about them without compromising on comfort . Room heaters were not charged and hot water was available in the morning and evenings and this was ample for our needs. Though there isnÂ’t a designated children's play area the spacious lawns and garden furniture( swing, slide) kept them occupied when we were not out sightseeing. The staff are courteous and service is efficient. The instructions regarding room service needs to be more explicit- for instance, we found that the linen and binbags were not changed the first day and only later figured out that it was because we had not given our keys at the desk on our way out. The food is reasonably priced and generally tasty. The Ooty lake is visible from the hotel and the location is such that we felt we were near yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the town. I would recommend this hotel gladly.

Stay in hotel was very good. Room Service was excellent. Food was decent but costly but the quality needs to be improved. No activities were available in hotel. Hot water was not available 24 X 7. Had to pay extra for the firewood.

Everything is fine that travelling distance from main road to hotel is worst. The bathroom ventilators and bedroom windows are not grilled, simply plain glass for safety aspect is not good. All others are very fine especially lawn, room service and restaurant are good. It's value for money.

Food is very good. Rooms are well maintained but could find problems like toiler faucet broken, cupboard handle broken etc.

Kluney Manor is an excellent place to stay and relax at Ooty. It is located on a hillock with a view of Ooty Lake. It is not like a standard run-of-the-mill Hotel. It is more like resort with cottages. The gardening in front of main building as well as each and every cottage is exquisite. The cottages are spacious and clean with all ameneties like LCD TV, Dressing Table, Hot Water, Fire place, Dewan, Cupboard etc. The dining hall is also magnificent with paintaings all around. IPL matches were beamed on the big screen during dinner. All kind of food is available and the quality of food was also very good. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is filling and has a lot of variety. Staff is extremely courteous, co-operative and eager to serve. Overall we had an excellent and very satisfying experience. The Hotel is a great value of money and absolutely recommended for Holidays at Ooty.
