Hotel is overall good. Only flip side is that Play area and water rides are not attended properly.

Getting to Hampi is a challenge. There is no service from riverside to hotel and it is not a walking distance. The hotel should provide ferry service even if it is a charged one.

This hotel is 40+ km away from the Hampi ruins by car. So if you want to be located near the Hampi site / Hospet /Tungabhadra, better to stay somewhere else. The other issue is that the approach road to the resort from the main Sanapur road (which is 20 km away from NH13, by the way) is very narrow, passing through paddy fields. Cars should try to reach the resort during daytime. The resort property is nice outdoors, with well-cut and maintained gardens and a nice swimming pool. It has a good view of large rocks above the resort. The cottage rooms are average - the furnishing is old and dying, needs urgent re-make. The bathrooms are good but hot water is a problem (is available only from 6-9 am but I didn't find even that evidence flowing out of the taps). The staff are courteous and will provide a bucket of hot water on request. The dining hall is away from the cottages and the food is at best average. Overall an average place; cheap at less than 2K/night and exactly that.

On first day of arrival we were impressed with hotel location and environment which turned into nightmare as soon as we change from non a/c room to A/c room. A/C was not cooling and produce a humming sound which kept me awake. Lot of mosquitoes kept company. No hot water as promised. TV was not working. After repeated complaints I was told that satellite feed is not their but I found out next day that other rooms TV was working. Morning tea came after 8am and breakfast after 9am. But surprisingly when we change the room to non A/C service was good, hot water was ok but not great. TV screen was 10" only but working. Mosquitoes were few. I will not recommend this hotel for elderly who visit Hampi. Not for those who visit the place to see Hampi and surrounding tourist places as it is far away ( 40KM ) from main tourist spot.

The resort is situated at least 1.5 km from the main road. ItÂ’s a beautiful resort with lots of artificial streams and water bodies. A stream flows along the approach road and there are fields and rock mountains all around. A very nice place to relax. However the ferry point to Hampi is 3 km from the resort, and there is no transportation available. So you need a vehicle. Alternatively you can rent a bike/bicycle locally. Rooms are clean. Overall a very good place.

Nice place to stay...calm and quiet. But without car a bit offside...
