They should improve the room service more efficiently and they should accept credit card for payment.

Hotel property was in good condition, food was good. Only thing was that hotel did not provide good view.

Food quality and preparation is too bad, room condition is not good. There is no almirah also.

Very well maintained hotel, with very good room sizes. Easy accessible location, though valley is not viewable. One of the best hotels we stayed during the trip. Our only concern is south Indian food is average.

The family suite room was smaller than it should be able to accommodate 6 people. Only one extra bed was provided because only one extra bed could fit into the room. Where as I have been charged for two extra bed. Initially the room service and food quality was not up to the mark but when it was brought to the notice of manager, the service and food quality was improved there after. Manager and hotel staff are polite.
