The staff at the hotel are really courteous. The place is very clean. Room service is excellent. On the downside food is bad, very bad. The chef is careless (the food ordered was unpalatable because of excess salt). The hotel is located in a place where there are no public transports such as bus, taxi or an auto rickshaw are available.

Excellent services. Food is quite costly. Location of hotel is difficult to locate. Everything else was veryfine. Rooms are very tidy and equipped with all ameneties. Staff is helping. But guys, be sure to book from this site as otherwise, room rent is 6500. A big difference from online booking rent

One of the best Hotels in Ludhiana as on date. The hotel as well as the rooms were spark clean & well maintained. The experience of a 5 star property at a budget hotel price. On my every visit to any place wherein Keys hotel is present, it will be my first preference hotel. The staff of the hotel were also very friendly. The facilities like the gym was superb for daily workout. The breakfast too was full of nutrition. In one single sentence "The stay was simply superb" at the Keys Hotel, Ludhiana.

The hotel is a newly built propoerty, and have taken care of each and everything in minute details. Food quality is excellent, service is great, have all modern amenities and very comfortable beds. the only problem is being a bit far from the main city. the staff is all young and friendly, and service is with a smile. Had a great stay, am very happy.

Everything was above my expectation. Was the best hotel at such an amazing low price. Rooms were very comfy and interior designing was awesome.

Good experience

Keys is located a bit isolated from the city (Ludhiana is full of industry). But was quite & calm as it was in the suburbs. The rooms & service & other aspects were good except for the problems with locks of the washroom door & Wi-Fi. Otherwise the Breakfast was good & especially the south Indian idli's & chutneys were too good. All's well!

The hotel is located just outside the city and works well if one has personal conveyance (such as self-driven vehicle or a taxi). The hotel looks large from outside and has an imposing structure indeed, with white interiors that bring out the essence of budget/economy hotel stays. The Elevators are quick and works only with a magnetic key which is a good security measure. The Rooms are okay, just there for a Budget Hotel. Not more, not less. Room service is decent and fairly quick although the House Phone is pretty much useless since they have a single line. Breakfast Menu is poor with little very options to choose from.

Though hotel is located away from the main city but calm and quiet location. It is good value for money. The hotel staff was very cooperative and it had latest dispensers and check-in systems.

Needs lots of improvement in service. Also the location is quite far from Railway Station or Bus Terminus. And very difficult to get public transport.
