The owners were very courteous. But for that, everything else was disgusting. Almost 9kms form main road. No power for long hours; the DG set was turned on only occasionally. MD of the hotel was not very transparent when asked for information. No value for money

Not worth for money. Even power was not there for whole stay.

The location of home stay was excellent.

This is a home stay (total 3 rooms) in a estate which is 9 kms away from Madikeri. The owners are nice and friendly. Rooms are clean but no facilities. Might not be good if you have kids. This is on the Kushalanagar and Madikeri route. We were asked to come to Madikeri and we had to follow in our car back. Better to go directly to the guest house if coming from Kushalanagar.

It was a newly established estate, so there were a lot of things missing. The estates owners were very friendly and showed great hospitality, but the facility itself couldnÂ’t match the expectation. It was way too expensive for what it is worth. - There was no power during the nights for the three nights we stayed there. So no good sleep on a holiday! - The upholstery (window curtains, the cot, mattress, pillows) were not up to the mark. - It is 7 km far from the Madikeri town and there is no easy way to get there unless escorted from Madikeri. - There was no cable (in case you care about it)
