Good hotel, but due to some sales event in their lawns, it was misery for us. Entire afternoon and late evening, there was loud music, announcements and continuous din due to more than 100 guests attending that event. Our room was facing lawns and we had a miserable time.

Hotel only gives breakfast and buffet dinner. There is no complementary water bottle also and even after paying for extra adult the fruit basket is provided for only two persons. I recommend this hotel but without any confusion to customers.

Staff is not pleasing. They were not sure of the extra person charges are included or not in online booking.

I liked the hotel personally, it's in a good location, just outside the main city, so away from all the hustle bustle and traffic. The rooms are spacious and big with a personal balcony. The check-in was fast, I believe within 2 mins we were in the room. From the balcony there is a great view of mountains and snow capped peaks. It also looks good at night as you can see the lights in the distance, they look like stars on the earth. There was 24 hrs running hot water or I would say boiling water, which was a treat in the winter season. The hotel service was all good along with the staff who were ready to help. I stayed for 3 days so had enough time to taste all their menu options. Food is good, specially the chilly potatoes were mouth-watering with beer. In all, I would say it's a getaway and is good for young people who want to go away from the city life and spend some quiet days with their loved ones.

It has a very good location, right before Kasauli. The surroundings are quiet. Good parking place. Good dining area, you can eat out in the warm sun or stay inside the dining hall. One thing that can be done for this resort is put up a warning board before the resort say about 1 km stating that this resort is 1 km away. My wife spotted the entrance of the resort, else I would have driven on to Kasauli. I had gone for Diwali, the hotel management had arranged fireworks, guests also participated in them, which made me feel at home. They were very friendly. However I think it is a bit risky to have fireworks in an area near forests.
