Rooms were small .The bed sheets and towels are stained.

The hotel is a good choice for families .The rooms are spacious, warm and cozy.The food is fantastic. I really enjoyed the live music performances at the rooftop in the evening. There were a few activities for the kids in the hotel. The jhula's or the swings which were locally made were an attraction for the kids. Overall a good experience.

The services provided and facilities were all fine, however, the room in its own was dissapointing. It smelled musty like it had not been aired out and the sheets and pillow covers seemed old n stained. All in all, not well maintained furniture. Heater stopped working after a couple of hours of usage. Food and rooftop bar was great specially since they had a fire at night.Te location isn't great as it is much before kasauli and so u need to hv a car with you to move around.

Based on the charges, the hotel service was simply pathetic. No toileteries in the bathroom except a soap, no electric kettle, there were lot of flies and spiders in the room, wall paint condition and furniture condition not very good.

It is a decent Hotel with poor service. The charges are exorbitant considering the room category. The Only saving grace is the roof top restaurant called Hangout.

Average hotel, Average location. Not seen any of the other properties in Kasauli, so cant comment. But good VFM. Room was very clean though, so that was a plus.

The room was small with no view. The linen and curtains were dirty and has stains on it. The bed lamps had a layer of dust on it. The only thing clean was the bathroom!

All I can say is that it was the best hotel I ever stayed in...that too at reasonable rates. This hotel has everything... be it quick room service or entertainment area filled up with loads of games or the relishing food(Continental, American and Indian) served with great hygiene. Great interiors and atmosphere. I regret having spent there only one day due to my flight booking. Next time we visit himachal, this hotel will be the one, we would prefer anytime and for a longer period.

Conveniently located away from the hustle-bustle, amidst natural beauty. Very good service, courteous staff, rooms very well maintained and comfortable. Indoor recreation games very enjoyable, excellent roof-top bar-restaurant, food, music and ambience. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The hotel is not worth staying in, it has water shortage and the service is bad. The hotel employees were very rude and refused room service. It has parking space but they refused to allow my car to be parked. The room condition was pathetic. The bedsheets were dirty and the room was stinking, the washroom door never closed. On asking the house keeping for an extra pillow, he just stuffed a dewan cushion in a pillow case and gave it. The food quality was average. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.
