Staff very co-op. Room size slightly small. Hot water not in sufficient quantity. Plug points very few. Breakfast good quality but costly.

Rated 4 Star: It is a budget hotel with very nice decor in room. Functionality of room very poor, weak water pressure, noisy streets, cold during winter months and one working electrical outlet. If you don't know Hindi, donÂ’t bother asking for directions or places to see or anything else you need.

The rooms are nice, but the taxi drivers couldn't find it. Taxis booked by the hotel are far more expensive than any others.

Good hotel with service yet to reach 5 star level. Very slow reception, sometimes non-responding. Room service is not up to the par. Location is not great either.

The bathroom faucet was broken and was not repaired despite request. A bottle of mineral water was about Rs 40.00 which was too expensive.
