No value for money!

Very bad very very bad...... got scared of heritage hotels after experiencing this........

The property is not maintained. They do not start the genset in case of power failures. Mattresses are horrible.

I had booked this hotel along with my friend Sri K K Bhagat. I booked A/C room from 13/08 to 16/08(for 3days), except on 13/08 A/c was working and repeatedly requested either to change the room or repair the A/c but nothing had been done. Just a wall fan was in room. Regarding house keeping no glasses were taken for cleaning were not kept, neither towel were changed. We did not expect this after paying 1100 rs.per day.

Hotel is good value for money but area in which it is located is not clean outside. so first impression is not so good.

It was a quick trip, booked a hotel in hurry, was not sure of the choice but it looked good in pics..when i reached the hotel the busy streets made me fear if i made a wrong choice..but as i entered into the hotel i was exposed to a hidden gem..a true heritage hotel with awesome view from terrace, simple but clean n spacious rooms and wonderful staff..service is little slow but it was covered by smiling faces..bottom line it was true value for money in every sense...highly recommended..

The hotel is situated in a busy market with no parking space. Rooms are downright dirty. Seepage in walls, dirty linen. A serial was being shot when I arrived and hotel was not in livable condition. Very poor value for money. Avoid, avoid.
