The hotel is very well maintained. We had taken the single bed room. The layout of the room was very well designed and well equipped. The service of the staff was very good.. Even the tours organized were very professional and well organized. Also the breakfast served was very good. Only suggestion is the service charge for room service should be removed.

This was one of my worst experience in a hotel. Customer satisfaction was not their prority. Anthing we ask they try to explain their rule and show their rule card. None of this was shown to me while reservation. When I said that they did not bother. When it came to their time to follow the rule and even when I pointed them the issue they did not do any thing. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Room was given at the back side where there was no view. Breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff was nice.

Very good traditional base hotel. Good house keeping, only food services need to improve. Room service starts only after 7am, creates problem for getting morning bed tea.
