Wouldn't recommend!

I have been regular visitor to Kalyan Residency, although well maintained, there is room for improvement.

The rooms were a bit cramped for 3, they had agreed to give a bed for the extra person but just gave a mattress. If they do not serve non-veg in the restaurant they should nor serve in room too, because of this we vegetarians did not eat at the hotel. There was no complimentary breakfast in the plan.

Excepting centralised AC facility, all other facilities were excellant

The hotel is good but they should provide information to piligrim guests about the customs and practices in Lord Venkateswar Temple.

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel, and I am surprised at the deterioration of the hotel in the span of an year. We had two rooms this time. While the rooms were OK, the bathrooms in both the rooms were in a very poor state. In one room, the flush would not work and in the other the toilet was dirty and the wash-basin leaked. Repeated calls to the housekeeping staff saw no improvement in the state of either bathrooms. I am sorry to say, I will not be staying in this hotel again.

I was happy with the hotel when I satyed here in 2010, but in 2011 I was very unhappy. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Generally the hotel & rooms are clean except for the location especailly the small lane leading to the hotel. Room service was good. Serves vegetarian food which is o.k. Bathroom was clean but however foul smell of A/c drain. Overall it is recommended

The condition of the room was very poor. The linens and the pillows did not seem to be washed - there were stains & food particles on the bed. Also, the footcloth at the entrance to the bathroom did not seem to have been washed for weeks. It's not as though it is a cheap hotel.

Fine, satisfied.
