Pathetic services and a bad memory. The hotel reception is disgusting and the people on the desk are literally a bunch of non professoinal.

The hotel is now one year old. We stayed here last year and the same problem that existed then reappeared this time, ie. lack of HOT WATER to have a shower when needed. Apparently the hotel feels that their engineer's schedule will determine when hot water is available. Rather than follow the universal dictum that for a 3-star hotel charging US style rates, hot water and sanitation are mandatory.

Good room. Pool and outside restaurant which has daily entertaining program are good. Many Russian guests were staying. 15 min walk to the beach is too far. Near Taj Exotica.

Nice hotel, green and quite garden, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious for two. First floor room 001 has molt, pillows are way to hard, even the one I ordered extra. Overall it gets a 3+.

As itÂ’s two months old. The hotel is in pristine condition; the staff is being trained at the moment so there may be a few rough edges but over all outstanding service and cuisine at Joe cons restaurant and the value for the money paid is superb. I highly recommend this hotel.
