The Lift was out of service and hence we faced a lot of inconvenience. Since one of the members in the family was not comfortable climbing the stairs. The price charged was too high; we later shifted to Jammu Ashok at Rs. 3300/- less 30% for a double dlx. With much better services and interiors. The room size was also very small.
