Had a wonderful stay, the hotel staffs were very helpful and the service was very prompt.

The hotel was neat and clean, room luxurious and spacious. This hotel is near to a small beach where all the foreigners used to give the preference due to peaceful environment..overall our feedback is very positive..

Everything was ok except quality of services especially restaurant.

Location scores good amount of brawny points for Jewel Inn. Its very close to beach and middle of Calangute. Rooms are decent for short vacation. Restaurant service is average. There is a scope for lot of improvement here. It needs to be more prompt than what I experienced. I personally hate restaurants which do not offer water by default. I liked starters more than main course in Jewel Inn. Breakfast is Ok and it can be made buffet rather than current a-la-carte. Only egg and veg menu for breakfast.Room service was not consistent throughout my stay. I think this consistency is essential. Pool is small and right in front of the main gate and adjacent to hostel with no adequate cover, which is concern, to me at least. Hotel has generator back up and power failures are well taken care of. Receptionist was prompt in arranging for the bike on rent and providing other information about the place. Overall good experience and its worth recommending Jewel Inn for short trips to north Goa.

Great place to stay. nice & peace full place... only problem is unavailability of good veg. food

Nice location, surrounded by nice market and beach on a walking distance. Swimming pool was useless at the entry open to everyone on the ROAD STREET, which they must improve. Food was excellent complemented with nice service.

Service and room condition was good, but it was a little difficult to locate the hotel. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the beach.

Pretty large room for the price. One sofa was broken, when my year old daughter stood on it she fell clean through to the floor, still standing. Could have been a bad accident. However they were prompt to replace it one told about it. Do not go for ground floor rooms, we had to keep the curtains closed all time because others can see inside easily. Women folks may not be comfortable with the backway to the beach at night, seemed a bit deserted. Good value for money otherwise.

It was a nice experience staying at Jewel Inn & Spa. I would recommend to stay here because of the proximity to the beach and quality of service. The food was nice.

Pool is very small. Very few options for Veg. food.
