JCT Houseboat, Allepey

The JCT Houseboat pick-up and drop point in Alleppey is the JCT Boat Jetty, near Punnamada Jetty.

A backwater facility approved by the state tourism department, JCT Houseboat is well known for backwater cruises in Kerala. It offers the ideal way to explore Kerala's backwaters, drifting across the vast network of canals, lakes and lagoons and observing the landscapes and life in the villages bordering the backwaters.

JCT Houseboat provides a complimentary pick and drop facility from the JCT Boat Jetty.

Room Amenities
Comfortable accommodation is offered in houseboats that have been designed to offer all modern comforts and yet retain their ethnicity. The houseboats are a reworked model of Kettuvallams and feature traditional interior decor typical of Kerala. Houseboats are available with one bedroom and two bedroom options besides air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned facility as per guest's preference.

Please note: For air conditioned houseboat, the air conditioning will work from 8 pm to 7 am. Also, guests are requested to advise regarding their meal preferences (vegetarian/non-vegetarian) at the time of booking.
