The room service is very poor. They complained saying the service man is unwell and on leave. There should be backup. I needed breakfast but unavailable of my choice. They have the menu but the choice is theirs - horrible food quality accept presentation. I needed dinner but unavailable - will be provided next day according to them. Followed up many times for the order given. Had to go out and got the dinner outsaide. There is no lift had to walk 2 floors. Resting in the room is very unpleasant - mattress uncomfortable. I was accomodated in Room No. 302.
