Good

Hotel is very nice.Ambiance is also nice but there is problem with there food. Food is not meeting there standards what I thought.

I can recommend this hotel to everybody. The rooms are good and the staff is exceptionally friendly and competent.

The hotel is located slightly outside the city and commuting without your own transport can be slightly problematic. Its situated next to a nice mall and from an eating out perspective and shopping perspective, it has a location advantage. The hotel runs two shuttles everyday to the Golden temple which are very convenient. Overall, nice hotel but expensive for the services provided.

The hospitality was best of its kind. The ISTA lived upto its reputation. I feel privileged to be part of ISTA Customer base.

I liked the property but it lacked the service quality expected from a 5 star rated Hotel. There are a couple of things which I would like to bring to the notice of the management. 1. We had requested for a Baby Cot on Check-in and were promised it will be setup in our room by the evening. I called up the Hotel around 2100 hrs from the market to reconfirm the Baby Cot and was again reassured for the same. When we came back to our room at around 2330 Hrs and still the Cot was not set-up, we had to call the front desk again. After 15 minutes we received a call from the front desk apologising the non availability of Cot. 2. We received 3 calls from the front desk (an hour after check-in, early evening and late evening) to reconfirm our check out time the next day. This made us feel that we were not welcome at the Hotel and they were eager to set us off. We had never requested for a late check out! 3. Phones were not answered promptly whether calling from within or outside the Hotel. Many a times the phones simply went unanswered. Hope my feedback help the management improve their service and make our stay more comfortable when we come to Amritsar next.

Excellent service, better than other 5 star hotels in major cities in India. The rooms were very nice and modern with good bathrooms. Spa and restaurants were excellent too - would certainly return if in Amritsar again (or maybe its a reason to!)

The hotel is new and well situated for visiting the Golden Temple. The staff is all very kind and helpful,they aim to please.

Service as service can be. This hotel has a high standard of quality concerning the rooms, the restaurant (Thai-Restaurant and breakfast buffet), the (warm-water-outside) pool and the gym and last but not least the 24/7 all-around-service. I regret that I wasn't able to use the spa because I spent there only one night. But if I ever go back to visit Amritsar again there is no doubt which hotel I will choose. The only very small minus is the hotel location - you definetely need a cab to visit the inner-city or the sightseeing attractions and there were some 3-second-powercuts during my stay.

The hotel is situated on the main Delhi-Amritsar G.T.Road which is quiet far and outside the city municipal limits. The hotel is newly constructed and well maintained. The service is very formal but particular and in time. The staff was courteous and the food was very good and excellent but very costly. The rates of food, beverages, drinks and any other eatables were on the very high side. Even the packed eatables were available on triple or four times the rate of MRP. Overall the property is worth to be visited for the sake of experience and this is the only 5 star hotel of Amritsar.
