I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service offered in this hotel, having lived in Amritsar before. I only hope that with the passage of time they do not let their standards drop as usually happens.

This was definitely one of the best 5* hotels that I have been to. The value that one gets for the price paid is incredible. Must visit.

Hotel is very new, about 4-5 months old, but is already showing signs of wear and tear e.g. loose tiles in the pool area. The decor is very modern, spacious, angular. Staff helpful and polite. Food is good.

We had best life time experience for stay in Amritsar. We also fully utilised the experienced spa therapy and our spa bill was more than our food bill, so itÂ’s very well understood the quality of spa it has.
