A bit disappointed with the hygiene levels.

Nice hotel and service, but some deficiency in maintainence.

Rooms are quite spacious and very clean with nice Bathrooms. Large lobby and sprawling premises give a good look to Hotel. Location of Hotel is near international Airport and is about 20 Minutes drive from Domestic Airport. Surprising that Hotel does not offer a complementary Hotel Coach considering proximity to both Airports. Car pick up charges at Rs 1100 are too much considering the distance. Such coach will make hotel more attractive. Suitable location for those having work near Airport, Andheri, Powai, Bandra etc but far for those having work in downtown Mumbai such as Nariman Point, Colaba etc. Service is standard for a normal 5 Star Hotel but not top class. When I arrived by Cab, nobody came forward to take Luggage. It appears to be a conference and convention Hotel with lot of conferences taking place in parallel every day. Food is expensive. Overall good value for money considering good tariff by Mumbai standards.

We both got sick after visiting the Restaurant.

Really good service and the staff is excellent.

Good rooms, front office etc. But standard of service in restaurants need improvement.
