Excellent Hotel atmosphere, staff attitude, culture and location are fantastic, overall experience are just great. I recommended to my each friend.

Size of the room is pretty big. Hotel appearance looks old. Food in restaurant is okay. Location is very peaceful.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The employees had service orientation. The food was good. Service in cafeteria was from heart, though the employees could be trained better in giving responses to guests. A few things do need improvement. Bath tub in our rooms was leaking which could cause a guest to slip and fall. The tap knobs in bath room were extremely uncomfortable to operate. We were told that the knobs are slowly getting replaced. The shampoo bottle in bath room was a narrow bottle of glass. It required efforts to get the shampoo out of the bottle. We would suggest squeezable plastic bottles of shampoo be kept instead. At some common places like reception/corridors, we did not find the house keeping upto the mark. Property is very good, though the approach is very ordinary. But once you enter the propertry it is a great. In spite of some of the shortcomings, we are going to recommend this hotel to our friends. New managment , not commited , specially for arranging travel agency vehicle , also over priced but room service is extremely good .
