Hotel where I stayed is very far from the airport and railway station.

The Hotel did not understand the mantra of customer service. We were made to wait for 1 hour to check into our rooms (though we had pre booked via Makemytrip). Rooms were not clean, Torn pillows, Toilets were not flushed, Dysfunctional Air conditioner and one extremely rude (and annoying) receptionist. Frequent power cuts made things worse - we did not have any water supply in the wash room. We were given a small bottle of dirty tap water and asked to "cleanse" ourselves. The complimentary Breakfast was unhygienic and food was oily. Lassi was sour - crushed ice added to rotting curd camouflaged with 5 spoons of sugar. Coffee was made out of Camel's milk - equally bad!! We had a nightmarish experience when there was a power overload. The fuse went bust and smoke emanated from the TV sets. We had to sleep in the fumes and the hotel took 14 long hours to restore power and water supply. Final day the Hotel refused to provide us the cab facility to get dropped. Pathetic!

Got so stressed, I had to move to my friend's place. Location and look and feel of the hotel was much below expectations. Not at all 'Value for Money'.

Airport pickup wasn't on time, day before hotel was not reachable via telephone. Staff was friendly, on return tour Airport pickup arrived on time, cleaning and hygienic standards needs to be improved.

Hotel is located in a residential area and for a stranger it is difficult to find. Rooms are below standard. The least one expects from a room is clean sheets, clean air and clean toilets.

Hotel is OK for 1 night. No telephone access to outside world from the room. Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. No walkable access to anything outside. There is a 2 item breakfast buffet included. Has most of the facilities and free pickup from the airport.

Bathroom is in very bad shape, no proper design.

I booked this hotel because both way airport transfer s were complementary and I donÂ’t want expend for overnight stay. Airport transfer service is good, hotel room is just OK, hotel staff helpful, room a/c was working. Hotel location isnÂ’t very good but OK for overnight stay. It takes approx. hour to and from domestic and international airport during quite time.

Very good experinece. Located at a convenient distance from the airport. Rooms and toilets were clean. Room service was good. Location was quiet and calm. Certainly recommend the hotel.
