Nice Budget hotel in a very good location. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would like to stay there again for sure.

Rooms are in very bad condition. AC is not working at all. Service is too bad. waste of money.

Staff is co-operative. Need lot of improvement in infrastructure. I dont suggest this hotel for couples.

The hotel was a good value for money. One of the best for economy stays. The location is good as one can walk to the Calangute Beach. The hotel is in a secluded place so the ambiance is very peaceful. The rooms are decent and specifically the toilet is very clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and the food is very good. Overall a good experience for a relaxed stay.

Best hotel for budget travelers, very close to beach

Only location is too good. Its very near to the beach. But service and food is very bad. The hotel kitchen is mostly closed. It opens according to their own timings. There is no facility of serving a simple cup of morning tea in the morning. People prefer to stay here only because it is near to the beach.

Very Good Hotel, Very Near to Calangute Market and Beach, Rooms were neat and we have absolutely no problems at all, stayed for two night. Hotel owner was very helpful in arranging the local travel and was very friendly. I will recommended this hotel for low budget and value for money.
