Please take care of the cleaning of rooms.

Although on the surface the hotel seemed quite an attractive one offering good value for money. I was overall disappointed with my stay for a number of important reasons. 1) The promised Wifi service was off more than it was on. 2) As nice as my room was, I barely felt able to leave it because even after locking it, I found it easy to open the door without a key - as would anyone else wanting to get in too. 3) The staff was not willing to listen to my observation that the room was totally un-secure. Despite repeated request and promise to send someone, no-one did ever bother to come and see that I could stroll into a locked room without the key!

A little more cleanness will make it a better place.

Too expensive, but overall clean and okay.

Hotel waves is a typical Indian mid-level hotel where you'd be amazed at few things and dissappointed at few. Your satisfaction of this hotel will depend on whether you're comparing it against a similar western hotel or to other local hotels. I stayed here for 3 days and while the overall stay was okay, I felt cold and not comforatble. Here's what I think about this hotel Good things : - Clean marble tiled floors all around, air Conditioner, free multiple, Wi-Fi connections that are fast and useful, free breakfast buffet. Not a huge choice in this buffet but remember it's free, good location next to airport if you are in transit, fairly good in-room service with decent choices. Not so good things: - Marble floor. It can get exremely cold and slippery. Carpet would be plush and give comfortable feel - Staff is not necessarily rude but un-trained in hospitality - Rooms are not heated and room blankets are not good enough for Delhi Winters - Bathroom is not cozy at all. Shower area is not separated from the sink area. Toilet paper is only kept as if it was a formality - Bath Towels are skinny and some old television is there.

Quilt cover was dirty and smelly. Bed cover was torn out and dirty. No heater was provided. No hotel bill was given even after asking for the same.

There was no water in the toilet and repeatedly, I had to ask them to check for that. But I have to say that room service and food served were excellent.

The air-conditioner in the room is very noisy. I could not sleep. I had to plug my ears with earphones to get some relief from the noise.
