The hotel location was really amazing and I felt the best service from them. My best advice is to bring the food to person those who ordered from room itself

The staff was courteous and friendly and gave prompt room service. Indian Breakfast was excellent, and overall vegetarian food was well prepared and tasty. being vegetarians, we dont know how the non-veg food was! Housekeeping was also very good. Even the doorman was alert and quick to respond to our needs. The only problem we faced was in making international calls, as this was facility was not available from the rooms, and we had to go down to the reception for that. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

This Hotel is located in Center of city, with fantastic transport facility available. I was impressed by the room service particular when i felled ill on 1 of the days during my stays and its then when the hotel staff ensured to attend to me and took care of my personalized requirements.

Hotel was reasonable. Services and facilities are good. Location of the hotel is pretty good. Needs to improve the hygiene and quality of room service.

The hotel is located centrally but right on a busy road, hence parking is an issue. The car park is not ample. The Room condition was just about ok, with a noisy a/c. The hotel Restaurant below takes very long to serve food, which was not up to standard.

The hotel is not as expected, it was tagged as a 3 Star but no where close to the standard. The room did not have any ventilation or window to look out, it was also stinking badly out side the room in the walk way to the reception.

The hotel service is good. Except for the people at the reception the staff is fine. The recepetion or the billing guys were the least hospitable in the hotel. Without a smile and not very helpful during queries. Overall, can say that the hotel is not worth the money. Except for the location there is nothing that is really commendable.

No ambiance in the room. Old set up does not look good.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very near to the top tourist attractions and not very far from the underground station. There was a restaurant - however nothing was available after 10:45 pm except tea and coffee. The rooms were small and with practically no views; you may have to draw the curtains at all times- it will be ideal if you are planning a short visit and planning to spend most of the time outside. They will have a geyser but the shower has running cold water only. In short, ideal for short stays if you planning to spend your time touring the core central Calcutta area.
