It is located at heart of the city. It has its own standard. Well maintained AC rooms, friendly staff, business standard. Rooms are bit small. Best suitable for business or for a couple. Internet is accessible all through. B/F has no much options. We were served Idli, vada, uppit both days. Black tea, sugarless coffee etc has to be specially ordered. Has their own restaurant. Bit expensive but OK. Certainly recommended.

Good location. Nice & courteous staff (special reference to Santosh , Praveen & Naveen). Clean room with good facilities. No power outage issues. Hot water available throughout the day which was a welcome relief. All are nice experience.

Easily accesible location , excellent customer service and courteous staff. The room was neat and 100% upto the expectation . Food at the Garlic Restaurant was very tasty and hygenic .Overall good value for money.

Excellent Hotel. Everything is perfect. Cleanliness in room and bathroom are very good. All the staff are very good and polite. In bathroom new shaving kit, dental kit, shampoo, soap, towel,comb are provided in sealed packet. Overall I am very much satisfied. visit once and you will definitely refer your relations and friends. Pure Veg. Restaurant is there. Quality is good and price is nominal. 10 mts drive to railway station and bus stand. Hot water, TV, AC, Shoe polish are also available.

The restaurant 'Garlick' has amazing food and ambience. I am sure once you are there you shall come out as a satisfied person. Although I booked for Deluxe room they gave me a suit room since the other was not available.

Overall good experience. The hotel rooms (incl bath rooms) were very clean. The lift doesn't work when there is no power. So, had to walk up/down 3 floors for about 3-4 times during my 3 days stay. Didn't get hot water in the bath room for the initial 2 days which was fixed the 3rd day. But the hotel provided hot water in buckets on request. The restaurant food was very good for the breakfast and lunch. Dinner had limited options (only north Indian) and the taste was not upto expectations. Overall good value for money.
