Not satisfactory .I won't recommend it .

Good enough for a night or two. Restaurant is not good at all. Staffs need to be more informative, to be able to guide guests in the city.

No provision of Lifts even we stayed in fourth floor. No ambiance of a Hotel. No alternative emergency escape route even in the case of fire or other emergency. The width of the staircase is too low and gradient is too high ( very difficult to climb /Decent old people) .

On 16.11.2011,at 8.00P.M., I requested the counter to arrange for a wake up call at 3.30a.m on 17.11.2011.All were sleeping upto 4.10 a.m. and no wake up call upto date time. Thank god I managed my self to wake up at 4.05a.m. and rushed up to catch Howrah bound Cormondol express from Bhuvaneswar station leaving at 4.45 a.m. Hotel do not issue a receipt of payment of Rs 10.00 food bill though I had paid the same.

Hotel manager given very poor condition room like Servant room near kitchen and lot of smell and unclean area.

Hot water not available no veg. food attender demanding money .Reception refuse to give receipt since I stayed for one night only8th at 2100hrs checked in , 9th 20hrs checked out .Request for one day refund.

The hotel is well located but lacks facility of fooding. Even tea is brought from stall nearby. The rooms and beddings are not properly cleaned and maintained. The property if professionally managed can be worth.

I booked a platinum room. The room was ok. The bathroom was very small. The window was almost missing. I guess it gets a bit suffocating without a good window. Its located quite near(walkable) from the railway station. The auto fare will be maximum Rs. 20. The receptionist tried to charge me extra in the name of service tax but since it was mentioned in the contract, i did not pay it. Conclusion: I got the room for just Rs. 536 (thanks to make my trip ;) otherwise the vale for money is rather low.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been.

The restaurant in the hotel was not functioning.
