Service and behaviour is really good.

Service was poor and the staff was not cooperative.

TriSea is a nice hotel, located very close to almost all visiting places of KanyaKumari. The beach, the temple & the sangam all are 5 minutes walk. For sunset, sunrise & moonrise, you don’t have to go anywhere. The best view can be seen from hotel’s roof top open block. Apart from clean & spacious rooms, you will also enjoy the swimming pool on top floor of hotel. We also had a funny experience for 2 consecutive days when for our breakfast order, the guy had to rush to the market to bring groceries. Hotel provides you the travel options as well; otherwise the taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We recommend TriSea as a good budget hotel option.

We booked the cheapest room which was on the site and looked good. Got there and he asked us to look at 2 other rooms also, going up in price. The room we booked was weird and in the middle of a worksite! The second one stunk and the third was the best option and an extra 500 IRS! Also apparently had a rooftop pool but the gates were locked! The room we ended up staying in was very clean however.

The room given to me was in the backside of the top floor. Not worth the value of money paid. They should also have an option to let us choose which room to select. With the amount I paid, I can most certainly get a better hotel than this in every aspect.

Only positive is the location of hotel, but then there are 10s of other options in the same area. Problems: 1. Only one lift which can carry only 5 persons while there are at least 50 room on each floor. You need to wait for long every time. 2. You are not supposed to get basic stuff like soap/towel/blanket for standard room, which is ridiculous (not mentioned anywhere) 3. You need to be lucky to get a safe parking slot inside the hotel boundary; otherwise you need to park your vehicle on the road. I was unlucky, even after inquiring before booking and double checking at the time of check-in. 4. No restaurant 5. Unprofessional/uneducated manager and staff at the desk. If you are unhappy with them they start talking with each other in local language and make fun of you.

Very bad service.

I have booked this hotel. There is no hot water service. I told the reception to send hot water at 5 am but he sent it at 7.30 am. after calling so many times. In my room phone was dead. Totally I felt very bad.

They have swimming pool but after check in they say per person 200 Rs per bath is the charge. They have hot water but it will be provided only in morning time. They don't clean rooms on their own - you need to remind them. We could only take Tea in morning time - all other food services and overall the Hotel is too bad for the money they charge.
