A decent, clean and quiet hotel for a comfortable stay. Definitely not a luxury hotel but comfortable accommodation. Proximity to the domestic airport is a huge advantage. The restaurant serves decent food and the staff is courteous.

Staff is courteous. Service is really good. Restaurant, room service is excellent. Room service with wide selection is available 24 hours is a plus point for international travellers.

The general hygienic condition of the hotel and the rooms are excellent. Also the room services are prompt and good. It is good value for money.

I had layover in Mumbai airport from midnight till 9am next morning so decided to take the hotel for that night. Being new to the Mumbai, I was anxious about getting shuttle to hotel in the rush of Mumbai. When i exited the int'l airport terminal, it was easy to find hotel representative holding my name tag, greeted with smiling face. He took us to waiting area for hotel pickup. Hotel check-in was easy and smooth, courteous staff. Hotel room was clean and quite, room is smaller for long term stay but was just fine for short stay. Be cautious about internet, you have to pay ridiculously higher price by hour for internet connection. Air-conditioning system was very old and noisy. This may not be issue for short stay. About the complimentary breakfast, restaurant downstairs was very accommodating to open for us before their regular scheduled time. Drop off to domestic was nice and easy (charged separately)

Hotel was found neat & clean staff is courteous. The hotel centrally location makes it a right choice & value for money. Only problem was that of small room size.
