Excellent restaurant; poor service overall at hotel; unfriendly female reception staff; watch room service and get a receipt as there is a ploy if you pay cash; TV was so tiny; 3 wheelers do not know the hotel..way off the beaten track

Interior of the room should be improved. Night lamp is not available. Stay was pleasant and staff was very friendly. They should include breakfast in the room rent because as per rooms condition it is very high.

Hotel Tourist International was a decent budget hotel. The room service was quick but the meals were rather overpriced. There was no turndown service. A/C and western toilet were only available in the super deluxe rooms. The location of the hotel was rather unfortunate, directly across from the metal smiths and rather far from any major tourist destinations. Nonetheless, I thought that I got a good deal for my money (aprrox. Rs 5000 for 4 nights), but I would not recommend this hotel for someone unfamiliar with India! The clerk at the front desk tried to have an overpriced auto take me to the airport although he insisted it was a good deal.

Very expensive considering the condition of the room and the hotel. Could have got much better accommodation at the same cost. In addition, service was horrible. Tea ordered at 10 am did not reach the room till 12:30 pm even after frequent reminders. The hotel staff was not at all feeling shameful for this. Strictly not recommended.
