The pics on the website don't look like the actual room. Room was ok, very surprised there's cable TV, location is really far from the main area, not a hotel for leisure but a hotel for business if u need to stay at the area. Staff doesnÂ’t really speak English and some of them are not that friendly. I'd say avoid if u have a choice. Won't stay there again. For the price that I paid, I can definitely get something that cheaper with better location.

The hotel looks very shabby from outside, the staircase is dark and a little bit frightning - yes the lift was not working and it was in the 5th floor!! room was clean, however the small things like shampoo was not provided. Overall ok - but could do better.

Hotel was okay. My Booking was confirmed, but when i reached at the hotel they had given the room away. So no attached bathroom. I was really pissed off because of that.

Not that good, since the service was absolutely unhelpful and even rude. Rooms in OK condition, few cockroaches here and there.

Hotel is decent enough. However during this visit to the hotel, their lift was not working. It was a bit of hassle as the hotel is located on 5th Floor.

Good location on the Lamington Road near the Grant Road station, about 10 mins walking distance. Opposite is a nice veg restaurant called Vasant Bhuvan. Good clean rooms and bathrooms. The lift was down when I reached and was under repair. Was a hell of a job climbing 5 floors to reach the hotel! Anyway, not the mistake of the hotel.

No breakfast was given but booking shows inclusion of breakfast.

No hot water, no lift, although hotel at 5th floor. Unprofessional staff.

Location is a little awkward. Rooms are fine. Staff is polite.
