Truly great value for money given the quality of the room, the highly professional hotel staff and the convenient location of the hotel. I will always prefer this hotel if I were to stay in the park street/new market area.

Liked: Very clean bathroom; walking distance to "New Market"; polite staff Disliked: Unclean room; patches of paint falling; no water provided on entry; blanket had bugs; they did not change the blanket; they said they would provide extra bed sheets but could only provide 1 single bed sheet for the 2 of us; the AC has no controls (only on-off); geyser did not work; very dirty kitchen; dusty furniture; even after asking for the room to be cleaned, they did not even clean the dust or change the bedsheet. We asked for the room to be changed but they did not have any options.

It was a small nice, clean hotel. The manager/owner was very kind except the reception. No smile and no politeness. They need to learn to be polite with a smile to customers because we are not beggars. Their salary is paid because of us!!

Its the bad experience. Very bad hotel, with lots of cockroach in the hotel. Hotel rooms are very very small, with no minibar.

Value for money hotel. Bang in the center of the city. Great for convenience of shoppine etc.

Very good with the price you pay, even better than the nearby hotels with the same quality which could charge double.

Problem in find good veg food in nearby area.

Very nice, we enjoyed the trip.
