Fine hotel but not a good location, very small room and very small means very small. Service is good, food is good. But location is worst. Worth the price, satisfied.

It was rather cruel shock experiencing the services of Tiger Inn. The rooms were too cramped, and crowded. The worst part of the experience was the utterly crude (or rather crude) behaviour of the front office manager. In one of the rooms booked by us, the TV was not functional. When this was pointed out, instead of attending to the same, he suggested we shift to a different room and pay additional tariff for it. When we pointed out that this was not fair, as the fault lay with the Hotel; he was thoughtless enough to say that the Hotel cannot guarantee for any of the services. When we asked him if we could record this statement in the complaint register he coolly replied- Yes, yes go ahead write whatever you want to write. When we were entering the complaint we found exactly identical complaints were recorded by other guests against this person.
