Hotel The Royal Plaza Reviews, Delhi

My stay at the Hotel Royal Plaza is truly a cherishing experience, a blend of international hospitality with a touch of the Indian culture and tradition that one longs for. Living in Toronto for the last 2 years, I was yearning for a trip to India to explore Delhi, but was looking for the Indian hospitality that I have missed over the years. The Hotel Royal Plaza at Connaught Place is just the place for returning NRIs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to renew and reconnect with the Indian splendor, art, culture and hospitality. I found the staff to be pleasingly polite, not too pushy or impassive and willing to go an extra mile. The location of this hotel is just perfect for those who wish to explore the city on foot; I was literally backpacking through the streets of Delhi. And after an exhaustive exploration to my fill, I was back in the comforts of the hotel within minutes. The cuisine reminded me of the Indian flavors that I had craved for. Just awesome!

A great hotel! Absolutely everything you could possibly want, delivered with ease by friendly staff for which nothing was too much trouble. After the hustle and bustle of Delhi it was an oasis of calm.

Foods including breakfast, lunch and dinner are of good quality and have many options.

The location of the hotel is just excellent, a stone's throw away from Rajpath as well as Connaught Place. Both the check in and check out were very smooth and quick which was important for me as I had less time on hand. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Overall, I had a very nice experience. Would like to stay for a longer duration in the future.
