1. No Hot Water !!!!!! 2. Breakfast ok 3. Menu Priced unreasonably 1 small chapati = 30 Rs ???

The hotel service was very bad. I had a guest with whom I had a meeting for 2 hrs in my room and they charged me 600Rs extra. This was ridiculous. They asked me to have the meeting in the restaurant or Business center. The restuarant was bad and business center was not ready. I moved to Imperial after staying for one night. I will never use or recommend this hotel.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Service is prompt but not very professional. Their Gujarati food is excellent but it is not available in the restaurant but only in Room service! They have good Airport pick up and drop service.

Real nice place. Clean and savvy. Very prompt service. Absolute value for money. Only reason for not giving a 5 instead of 4 in some places, is that I strongly believe, we always have a little scope for growth. Only negative point was that the internet was down when I was visiting.

Hotel is good, centrally located with a very good restaurant Dosa Hut.

The hotel located in the city centre, nearby bus stand and well-connected with transport services. Complimentry in-room internet service is beneficial. Complimentary breakfast is yummy and good in standard. Restaurants are nicely decorated and availability of choice of food is excellent. The hotel corridor and cleanliness is nice. Library and terrace garden are good place for relaxation. The hotel staff are charming and supportive. Overall good business hotel.

This is a very cheap hotel and as per price amenities offered are quite good. The airport transfer service was excellent in terms of driver, car quality etc. The restaurants served great food both a la carte and buffet breakfast. Staffs were very courteous and service was prompt. On the whole, recommended from a value for money perspective.

I stayed here with my family on our way to Gir National Park. We had booked 'Elegance' room (one level higher than the base). The room was spacious with King Size bed with descent furnishings. The staff was very cooperative. The quality of breakfast was excellent. This place is a good value for money. Hotel can improve on the quality of bathroom and accessories.
