No proper water supply. One has to wait at least 2 hours for the water supply in morning. The Room had dirty linen and upholstery.

Extremely poor service. There was no water even in the toilet to flush. Highgly unresponsive management. Rooms were very average. My worst hotel experience in over 10 years.

Location is good, the view of Kanchanjaga mountain was fabulous, but hotel look old need to be maintained well specially the toilet and the furnitures and they should use lot of room freshners and keep the table mats clean.

I selected this hotel based on a previous reference and therefore had a high expectation from the hotel. I had booked my stay for 2 nights, with a tentative extension for the 3rd night. I did not have a good experience and since I was with my family and a child, I decided to cut short my visit. Here are a few examples: - The front office was completely unempathetic and did not pay any attention to my request for a better room. The check-in process was "take it or leave it" kind of experience. The room was full of mosquitoes and the bed had bed bugs. My request was addressed with a mosquito repellent and thatÂ’s it. The taps will frequently go dry and then you will have to request to at least 5 people and wait for at least 45 minutes, before you start getting the water. This was invariably the case in early mornings. The room service number or the reception number from the room, will invariably not work. The buzzer will go unattended and the hotel staff will argue constantly.

Worst place to stay in Gangtok except location.

Food quality needs improvement.
