Linen quality to be improved. Hot water not available provides on request only and takes long time. Rest everything is fine.

Hotel walking distance to Taj. Room ok not so clean; No toiletories & no hot water in evening after check in; had to ask for towels and bedsheets; don't ask, don't get policy. Food expensive for quality. Very helpful for travel arrangements.

Location is about 600m of the Taj Mahal, so this is very nice. The service is ok, and the room is also just ok. But no major issues.

Hotel location is very good and the services are very good.

Though the Hotel is located at very convenient location for Taj Mahal Visitors, but it has many drawbacks too. I booked 2 rooms and out of which they gave us one small room. The bathrooms towels were not clean, but that changed it immediately on request. There was no doormat near bathroom doors, There were insects in the room during dark. The TV remote was not functional at all during the whole stay, even after they changed the battery and remote too. Foods in the restaurant are expensive and they don't allow including it in Hotel bill for paying during check out, you need to pay every time you asked for food at rooms. They don't even accept Credit cards for restaurant bills (only cash) though there is no nearby ATMs.

Water was too hard. Not recommended for bathing.

Good location, good food, no hot water, no basic facility like toothbrush, shampoo,etc.

This hotel location is excellent ,services are good, But there are no Lift facility . But I still recommend ,because it is value for money. Vishwajeet bhowmick
